ConvertFast is operated by Convertfast.co ("ConvertFast", "we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website, purchase flow, desktop application, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Account and purchase information. When you buy ConvertFast or contact support, we may collect your name, email address, order details, license information, and messages you send us.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store full card numbers or complete payment credentials on our own servers.
Website usage information. We may collect page views, referral URLs, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, interactions with our pages, and conversion events.
Support diagnostics. If you ask for help, you may choose to share screenshots, logs, file names, operating system details, or error messages so we can troubleshoot the issue.
2. Local File Processing
ConvertFast is designed as a desktop-first file conversion tool. Files you convert in the application are processed locally on your device unless a specific feature clearly says otherwise. We do not use your converted files to train models, build marketing profiles, or sell data. If you send files to support, we use them only to investigate the issue you reported.
3. How We Use Information
- Process orders, deliver licenses, and manage purchase records.
- Provide customer support and respond to questions.
- Maintain, secure, debug, and improve the website and application.
- Measure website performance, ad performance, and conversion activity.
- Send important service messages, product updates, or policy notices.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms of Service.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Tools

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including support, licensing, security, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Support files or diagnostic materials that you voluntarily send us are deleted when they are no longer needed for the support request, unless we must retain them for legal or security reasons.
